- Who are the users that will use the paid content in the app?The Navneet Utkarsh App does not offer any paid content. Retailers who sells our products will participate in a loyalty programme with the help of this app.
- Where can users purchase the content that can be accessed in the app?
We don’t offer any paid content on the app. This is a free app for any retailer to download and use. - What specific types of previously purchased content can a user access in the app?
The Navneet Utkarsh App does not provide any paid content.
- What paid content, subscriptions, or features are unlocked within your app that do not use in-app purchase?
There are no subscriptions, paid content or features that users have to pay us to use it. The app has a feature available to the retailers, to upload the details of the invoices they have generated throughout the year, for which they can win rewards. - Below are the features and usage details of the app:-
1. The user has to register on app and complete the registration process.
2. Under upload invoice section the user has to upload the invoices of books they have purchased from distributor with proper details asked in the app such as Name, Amount of Bill, Date & Bill/Invoice Picture.
3. Then from the backend the Navneet team will check all the details and will allot them tickets. Tickets are in the form of Diamond & Gold Tickets. Once the Navneet team approve the bill uploaded by user – it will start showing the respective tickets into their apps.
- What’s the criteria for wining those tickets?
a. Opportunity to get a ‘Diamond’ ticket on purchase of Rs.50000/- (Net) of Navneet/Vikas books.b. Combined purchase of Navneet Guides, Scholarships, Jawahar Navodaya, NMMS and ’21-Expected Question Papers’ at Rs. 7500/- (Net) on every bill with a chance to get a ‘Golden’ ticket. - How do users obtain an account? Do users have to pay a fee to create an account?
Users don’t have to pay to create an account. Users can obtain an account by registering on our Navneet Utkarsh App by filling up the required details like name, number etc asked for on the registration form.
Terms and Conditions:-

- Scheme period will be from 9th April 2024 to 28th February 2025.
- The said scheme will be limited to the state of Maharashtra only.
- This scheme will be applicable only for Navneet’s books. Only authorized distributors of Navneet will be billed.
- Books will not be withdrawn at any level.
- You will be eligible for this scheme only after paying the full amount of the books purchased by you to the distributors.
- The benefit of this scheme will not be paid in cash or deducted from the bill. (Benefits and prizes under this scheme are non-transferable).
- Please refer to the registration process and understand how to use the Mobile App is mandatory.
- This App is created only for this scheme.
- It should be noted that the eligibility for reimbursement of this scheme will be based only on the bills entered by you and the documents will be verified by the company.
- No handwritten bills will be accepted under this scheme.
- Opportunity to get ‘Diamond’ ticket on purchase of Rs.50000/- (Net) Navneet/Vikas books.

- You are requested to upload your PAN Card, Aadhaar Card on Navneet’s Utkarsh App. of KYC required must be followed strictly.
- Navneet Education Limited reserves the right to cancel or modify this scheme without any prior notice.
- Disputes arising under this Scheme, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai.
- The decision of the Company shall be final and binding.
- All prizes in this scheme will be drawn through lucky draw.
- Winners will be responsible for all tax and legal compliance. The prize will be paid only on receipt of Government Tax (percentage) on the prize by the winner in the form of a cheque. TDS should be transferred by check or digitally.
Plan Operation:
- A retailer should first register his shop with Navneet through Navneet’s mobile app.
- For app installation, please contact local Navneet distributors or sales representatives.
- After installation of the app, you have to register by uploading your shop license copy.
- Every computerized purchase bill, from a registered mobile phone within 15 days from the date of purchase, must be uploaded in the app.
